Muskogee, OK – Caitlinn Mosley, a highly skilled Occupational Therapist, is making the move from Oklahoma City (OKC) to Muskogee to join the team at St. Francis Hospital. Her relocation is part of the innovative Ready.Set.Move program, which offers a generous $10,000 incentive to attract talented professionals like Caitlinn to our Muskogee community. Caitlinn holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and is fully licensed by the state of Oklahoma. Additionally, she is nationally registered with the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Her expertise and passion for patient care align perfectly with St. Francis Hospital’s commitment to providing compassionate, personalized rehabilitation services.

The Redy.Set.Move Incentive was introduced in 2023 by the City of Muskogee Foundation and is administered through Port Muskogee. This initiative aims to strengthen the local workforce by attracting talented professionals to Muskogee. Since its inception, the incentive has provided 13 grants totaling $130,000 and represents employees in industries including advanced manufacturing, technology, food processing, healthcare and education. Caitlinn’s journey to Muskogee exemplifies the program’s success in promoting Muskogee as an ideal place to live, work and thrive.
