Muskogee, OK – Port Muskogee, a leading multi-modal transportation and industrial hub, is pleased to announce the appointment of Crystal Delso, as the new Workforce Development Manager. With over 15 years of diverse experience in workforce development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement, Delso is set to drive the growth and expansion of Port Muskogee’s workforce initiatives.
As the Workforce Development Manager, Delso will oversee and implement strategic initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent in Muskogee. Their role will be pivotal in shaping the community’s talent acquisition, retention, and development efforts. Their expertise in building collaborative relationships, identifying workforce trends, and leveraging data-driven insights will be instrumental in positioning Port Muskogee as a hub for workforce excellence.

Delso brings extensive experience to her new role, having served in various leadership positions within the workforce and economic development fields. Most recently, Delso served as the Job & Business Coordinator and Manager of Career Readiness Outreach for the Cherokee Nation. Her accomplishments include building and maintaining relationships with businesses, establishing workforce partnerships, and coordinating recruitment and job fairs.
